Terms of Service

Welcome to Ayoo. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Ayoo mobile application ("the App") and related services (collectively, "the Service") operated by Ayoo ("we," "our," or "us").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Ayoo. If you are between 13 and 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service. Users are placed in age-appropriate pools (under 18 or 18+) based on the date of birth provided during registration.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You may not create more than one account per person.
• You may not use another person's account without permission.
• You must promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. User Content

3.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you post on Ayoo. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with operating and providing the Service.

3.2 Content Standards

You agree not to post content that:

• Violates our Community Guidelines
• Is illegal, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or obscene
• Infringes on any intellectual property or other rights of any party
• Contains personal information of others without their consent
• Is spam, phishing, or commercial solicitation
• Contains malware or other harmful code
• Promotes violence, self-harm, or illegal activities
• Sexually exploits or endangers minors in any way

3.3 Content Moderation

We use automated systems (including AI-based moderation) and human review to enforce our content standards. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines, and to suspend or terminate accounts of repeat violators, at our sole discretion.

4. Anonymous Posting & Identity

Posts on Ayoo are anonymous by default. However, users can spend in-app currency (keys) to unlock the identity of a poster. By using the Service, you acknowledge and consent to the possibility that your identity may be revealed to other users through the unlock feature. This is a core feature of the Service and cannot be opted out of while maintaining an account.

5. Virtual Currency & Purchases

5.1 Gems and Keys

Ayoo uses virtual currencies: gems and keys. Gems can be earned through in-app activities (watching ads, daily rewards, streaks) or purchased with real money. Gems can be exchanged for keys within the App.

5.2 In-App Purchases

• All purchases are processed through Google Play Billing (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS).
• Prices are displayed in your local currency before purchase.
• All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or the policies of Google Play or Apple.
• We reserve the right to modify the pricing, availability, and exchange rates of virtual currencies at any time.

5.3 No Real-World Value

Virtual currencies (gems and keys) have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency, traded, or transferred between accounts. Upon account deletion, all virtual currencies are permanently lost.

6. Advertising

The Service displays advertisements provided by third-party ad networks (Google AdMob). You may earn in-app rewards by voluntarily watching rewarded advertisements. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other user accounts
• Use bots, scripts, or automated methods to interact with the Service
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Circumvent any rate limits, cooldowns, or restrictions in the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Create derivative works based on the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Collect or harvest user data without authorization

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, code, branding, and all related intellectual property, is owned by Ayoo and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or branding without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY USER CONTENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AYOO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF VIRTUAL CURRENCY, OR IDENTITY DISCLOSURE THROUGH THE UNLOCK FEATURE.

11. Account Termination

• You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately and all virtual currencies are forfeited.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through the App or by other means. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence, without regard to conflict of law principles.
