Download Ayoo from Google Play, open the app, and sign in with your Google account. You'll then set up your profile with your name, birthday, gender, and a fun emoji avatar.

Ayoo separates users into two pools based on age: under 18 and 18+. You'll only see posts from people in your age pool. This is determined by the birthday you provide during registration and cannot be changed.

When you create a post, it appears in the feed without your name or profile attached. Other users can see your post, react with a Shaka, and if they're curious about who posted it, they can spend keys to unlock your identity.

Gems are Ayoo's premium currency. You can earn gems by watching rewarded ads, maintaining daily streaks, or purchasing gem packs from the Gem Shop. Gems are used to buy keys.

Keys are used to unlock the identity of anonymous posters. When you see a post you vibe with, spend 10 keys to reveal who posted it — including their name, emoji, and optional Snapchat username.

There are several ways: claim your daily reward every day, build posting streaks for bonus rewards, watch rewarded ads in the Gem Shop, and exchange gems for keys. The longer your streak, the bigger the bonus!

In-app purchases are processed through Google Play and are subject to Google's refund policies. Virtual currencies have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for cash. If you have issues with a purchase, contact Google Play support or reach out to us.

You can post regularly, but there's a short cooldown period between posts to keep the feed fresh and prevent spam. The cooldown resets automatically.

Boosting pushes your post to the top of the feed, giving it more visibility and reactions. Boosting costs gems and can help your post reach more people in your area.

The Shaka 🤙 is Ayoo's reaction — like a "like" but with more personality. It shows someone vibes with your post. There are no other reaction types — keeping it simple and positive.

Yes, you can delete any post you've created. Once deleted, it's removed from the feed and no one can unlock it anymore. However, if someone already unlocked your identity before deletion, they retain that information.

When someone spends keys to unlock your identity, they can see your name, emoji avatar, and Snapchat username (if you provided one). You'll receive a notification that someone unlocked you, but you won't know who unless they reach out.

The unlock feature is a core part of Ayoo — it's what makes anonymous posting exciting! You can't opt out of being unlockable while using the app. If you're uncomfortable, you can choose not to provide your Snapchat username.

Check the "My People" section in the app. It shows all the users whose identities you've revealed, along with their profiles and Snapchat info if available.

Go to your profile tab and tap the edit button. You can change your name, emoji avatar, and Snapchat username. Your birthday and age pool cannot be changed after registration.

Go to Settings > Delete Account. This action is permanent and irreversible. All your data, posts, gems, keys, unlocked connections, and achievements will be permanently deleted.

You can block users from their profile or from the post options menu. Blocked users won't be able to see your posts or unlock your identity. You can manage your blocked list in Settings.

Tap the menu icon on any post and select "Report." Choose the reason for your report. All reports are reviewed by our moderation team. Reporting is completely anonymous.

Yes. We separate users by age, use AI-powered content moderation, and have strict Community Guidelines. All content is reviewed for safety. Users under 18 are in a separate pool and cannot interact with adult users.

We collect the information you provide (name, email, birthday), general location for local feed, usage data, and crash reports for stability. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

No. All reports are anonymous to protect reporters from retaliation. Our moderation team reviews reports and takes action based on our Community Guidelines.
